Choose a cooler based on how many people will use it, the daily water consumption, and whether both hot and cold water are needed. For small offices or households, a compact countertop cooler may suffice. Larger spaces typically require freestanding models with greater capacity and faster cooling.
What maintenance does a water cooler require?
Regular cleaning of the reservoir, drip tray, and exterior surfaces is essential. Filters (if applicable) should be replaced according to manufacturer guidelines. Disinfecting the unit periodically (e.g. every 3-6 months) helps prevent bacteria buildup. We also provide servicing plans to ensure optimal performance.
Can your water coolers be connected directly to a water line (plumbed-in)?
Yes — we carry plumbed-in (point-of-use) models that can be connected directly to your water supply. These eliminate the need to manually refill bottles and offer continuous supply. Installation is simple when there’s existing plumbing nearby; we can assist with installation or recommend qualified installers.
Do your water coolers include water filtration?
Many of our water cooler models include built-in filtration systems to remove impurities, improve taste, and ensure safety. Filters may include activated carbon, sediment filters, or UV sterilization depending on the model. For best performance, filters need to be changed at specified intervals — we also sell replacement filters.
